In Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa postures are linked together and
move smoothly from one pose into the next. Develop core strength,
upper body strength, flexibility in the shoulders, legs and spine
plus improved concentration. Great for runners and athletes with
postures targeting hamstring, achilles tendon, and hip
flexibility.
An all levels class, but not
recommded for first time yogis with acute hip, knee, or shoulder
injuries -- we recommend the Hot Yoga 60 class for that
instead!
