A fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre movement, our Hot Barre class is a fun low impact - high intensity “HIIT” class. This series will help you lean and tone your muscles to design a sculpted body, improve posture, and deepen the mind/body connection.
Every class targets every muscle group, but the class (and the playlist!) varies with each teacher.
Practiced in a heated room and requires a yoga mat; a towel over the mat is recommended.
All levels and no prior yoga or ballet experienced is needed.
Advance online registration reguired. Please be on time -- doors lock when class begins!
