In this class, we focus on stretching the body's connective tissues—tendons, fascia, and ligaments—helping to improve flexibility and encourage better circulation in the joints. Relax your body, breathe deeply, and let gravity do its work as you gently stretch and release.
Yin is a wonderful complement to more energetic (yang) styles of yoga and other physical activities, helping you find balance and deep relaxation. This class is perfect for all levels of students, so come as you are and enjoy the stillness.
