<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body" style="text-align: center;"><span class="JsGRdQ">In this series, you will learn how to use the </span><span class="JsGRdQ">aerial hammock as a tool to pack more of heat to your workout</span><span class="JsGRdQ">. </span></p>
<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body" style="text-align: center;"><span class="JsGRdQ">Classes will combine elements of yoga and Pilates, using the hammock to create even more of a challenge to the practice. This practice will focus on burning calories, building muscle, creating </span><span class="JsGRdQ">balance, strength </span><span class="JsGRdQ">and stability. </span></p>

<p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body" style="text-align: center;"><span class="JsGRdQ">Meditation is an important part of the exercising because when we work out, our heart rate increases which induces stress in the body. Meditation helps calm the body and mind which allows your body to balance it's cortisol levels, known as the "stress hormone". When the body holds on to stress, it also holds on to fat, so lowering cortisol levels after strenuous activities is a crucial element of weight management.</span></p>
