Great for those who want to take their practice slow, Gentle Yoga will teach the basic fundamentals of the yoga practice giving modifications to fit the practitioner’s needs. We focus on stretching, foundational poses, breathing (pranayama) and meditation. This is a practice where students need to be able to get themselves easily up and down from the floor.
