Approximately 20 minutes of this class is dedicated to meditation, and 40 minutes dedicated to movement. This is a “choose your own adventure” Hatha style class. This means that you are guided through lots of options, and you can explore sensation in the way your unique body needs on that particular day. All the props you might need are available in Our Studio for you, including blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters. Using a chair or being close to a wall is also an option . In this class we explore breath, mobility, strength and body awareness. All bodies and abilities welcome and celebrated in this class.
