<p><strong>MEDITATION + FLOW </strong>classes<span style="font-weight: 400;"> offer a place for anyone wanting to experience and explore the many techniques of yoga in 60 minutes; beginning with meditation to access presence and awakening. Then students will experience a gentle flow of selected poses practiced at a slower pace to create a strong foundation. The class concludes with a selection of yin yoga poses incorporating breath work and stillness to expand and restore. </span></p>
