MEDITATION + FLOW classes offer a place for anyone wanting to experience and explore the many techniques of yoga in 60 minutes; beginning with meditation to access presence and awakening. Then students will experience a gentle flow of selected poses practiced at a slower pace to create a strong foundation. The class concludes with a selection of yin yoga poses incorporating breath work and stillness to expand and restore.
All levels welcome. 60 minutes, no heat

bring your own props which for Meditation + FLOW could include:
block(s), strap, bolster and/or meditation cushion.
