An outdoor circuit-style class offered from May until October, Strollerfit was specifically developed to participants navigate fitness following pregnancy and childbirth. Each 60-minute class incorporates cardiovascular and muscular training component using the stroller and baby as added resistance. Not just a walk in the park, this class was aptly coined “Stroller-torture” by past participants!
Participants are required to be a minimum 6 weeks postpartum to attend
Class will be meeting at the the walkway by the splash pad
Please bring a mat or towel for ground work
DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRMENTS PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 12 REGISTRATIONS PER CLASS. TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY ADDITIONAL SANIZATION REQUIREMENTS WILL BE COMPLETED ON ALL EQQUIPMENT IF YOU FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE USING YOUR OWN THAT IS ABSOLUTELY ACCEPTABLE
You are asked to bring your own mat or towel for ground work. Due to Covid 19 additional sanitization measures are put in place. You are encouraged to bring your own weights however all equipment will be provided if need be
