This class allows you to wake up the body and gently move through each fiber of your being. We will begin with a gentle warm up, allowing the body to accept all the practice has to offer. We will transition into a wakeful vinyasa practice to help our bodies prepare for the day. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You must bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available for use however you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing bottled water to stay hydrated.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Level 1/2: Beginner level with amplifications for those gaining experience in their practice. Focus is often on the basic shape of postures, and explores the basics of vinyasa or yin yoga. Props are often used. Experience not required.</span></p>
