As children, we learned to control our balance to stand before we could walk or run or play tag. As we age, physical balance gives us the power to keep doing the things we like to do. In this class we will challenge and develop your balance and ability to control movements, focusing on building more symmetry left and right, and front and back. We keep mixing up the challenges to keep your body and mind engaged, sometimes using no equipment, sometimes adding weights or unstable surfaces. Everything is adjustable to challenge you where you are at.
