The practice of yin yoga provides the perfect balance to your active (yang) yoga practices and your busy life. Focusing on long-held floor poses combined with breath work and meditation, yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body—often in the hips, pelvis, and low back—which are difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy. This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping you not only to unwind tension in your body, but also to cultivate the ability to observe and stay with prolonged sensation.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Orange County mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
