Chair Yoga is the gentlest form of yoga. In this class,
students work on postures and breathing techniques with the aid of
a chair or wall. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga
without having to get up or down from the floor. Students can
improve balance, increase strength, flexibility, and manage
stress.
Clients who sign up for the class will get a separate email about 5-15 minutes before the class start with the link to the video.
