This 12 week challenge will be led by Wanda Feliciano every Wednesday & Friday thru the summer. This will consist of twice a week 30 minute intense training (yoga mat, dumbbells, resistant bands & a determined discipline) is all that is required! It will be led online with in person options weather permitting at Wandas home in Moorestown.
Thru this 12 weeks you will explore intense core training, learn how to train your entire body to create lean, strong musclulature and how to burn fat at a higher rate. You will receive tips on nutrition for hormonal balance and experience a supportive motivational support system.
