<p>This 12 week challenge will be led by Wanda Feliciano every Wednesday & Friday thru the summer. This will consist of twice a week 30 minute intense training (yoga mat, dumbbells, resistant bands & a determined discipline) is all that is required! It will be led online with in person options weather permitting at Wandas home in Moorestown.</p>
<p>Thru this 12 weeks you will explore intense core training, learn how to train your entire body to create lean, strong musclulature and how to burn fat at a higher rate. You will receive tips on nutrition for hormonal balance and experience a supportive motivational support system.</p>
