<p>These workouts are designed for high level middle school high school and college ladies to get 400-500 game speed reps in a 1 hour session. We focused on game action scoring from 2 of the 3 scoring levels (mid-range and long-range). </p>

<p>Game actions (cuts, screens, spacing, relocations, reading closeouts)</p>
