VIRTUAL Class
This class blends the structure and integrity of Iyengar’s
principles of alignment with a more somatic, mind/body approach,
allowing for an organic and playful exploration of the poses. Asana
(posture), Pranayama (breathing) and Dharana (concentration) are
integrated into a balanced workout designed to strengthen and
replenish the body, mind and spirit.
Beginners and all levels are welcome.
