Join Ellen for this 4-week course that takes a detailed look at the alignment of common yoga poses. Get one-on-one assisting as well as discussion about the healthy and safe ways to enter, sustain, and release the most common postures. This course was designed for curious yogis who want to be sure they are getting the most from their practice. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. All are welcome! Due to the individualized nature of this course, it will be in studio only. There will be no online option.
