Experience Qigong breath work and energy work combined with traditional Tai Chi forms. The movement is circular and without force building strength, balance and flexibility. In Tai Chi for Health Frankie will have the opportunity to teach you a wide array of Tai Chi movements in a continuous flow. This slow and effortless practice brings relief to our nervous and muscular systems. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi required.
There will be no classes on October 8th or 15th. The six week series will resume on October 22nd. Frankie will be leading a Tai Chi retreat in the Tennessee mountains October 14th-17th, 2021. Inquire for details!
