Explore asana to gain strength and flexibility in your body and mind. Each week’s practice builds towards the next to provide consistency in your practice. This class grows from simple poses to more complex poses with places to stop and work along the way. This class is not intended for students with less than one year of asana practice.

Classes are now open at 100% capacity
Students are welcome to drop-in! Please arrive early to pay at the desk
Class cancelations are accepted in-writing without penalty up to 30 minutes prior to the class
All students should be vaccinated for COVID-19 (masks not required)
All students must check in at Front Desk before class
Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness
