Vin Yin is a combination of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa flow. This
class is great for those that find the Power classes too fast and
the Yin yoga to slow. It really is the best of both styles.
Where Yin Yoga is a quiet practice of long holds that
challenges the joints, Vinyasa challenges the body through breath
and movement. The combination of the two styles produces an
exhilarating yet calming yoga experience.

heat panels.
