This class focuses on building the strength of the core muscles of the torso utilizing yoga, pilates, and lumbar stabilization techniques. Hip and shoulder girdle strengthening are also incorporated along with lengthening of the muscles worked, to promote a strong and supple body. Options and modifications are offered and encouraged.
This is being offered as an online class. You must register at least 5 minutes prior to class start, and can cancel up to 3 minutes prior to class start. A recording of the class will be available for your use for 48 hours after the class as well. * If you do not cancel within 3 minutes prior to class start, the class will be taken from your class pass.
To access the class and to access the recording you should sign into your Posabilities Welness Living account. FInd either "MY SCHEDULE" to watch the live class, or "WATCH VIDEO" to watch the recording. These headings can be found either at the top of your page, or by clicking on the 3 horizontal brown lines at the top right corner of your page.
You may join the live class upto 15 minutes prior to class start, and if you are late you should still be able to join.
IMPORTANT: If you are attending along with a friend or family member please be sure that you both / all register, as our teachers are in part reimbursed based on attendance numbers, and not doing so could adversely effect them.
