<p>This class focuses on building the strength of the core muscles of the torso utilizing yoga, pilates, and lumbar stabilization techniques. Hip and shoulder girdle strengthening are also incorporated along with lengthening of the muscles worked, to promote a strong and supple body. Options<span style="font-size: 10pt;"> and modifications are offered and encouraged.</span></p>
<p class="p1">This class is an On-line hybrid class - meaning that the teacher will be leading live in studio students, as well as recording the class for students at home.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>The recording will be available as a live stream during class and also as an on-demand recording for 48 hours after class time (You must register before class start or be a monthly unlimited member to access these recordings). Monthly unlimited members will have access to all class recordings for 1 full month.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>If you wish to cancel your registration for this class you must do it no less than 3 minutes before class start - otherwise your class pass will be charged for the class.</p>
