This flowing class, sometimes called vinyasa yoga, focuses on mindful movement connected to breath. We'll pay attention to the transitions between the poses and their interaction with the breath, while also covering alignment to support your comfort. You will walk out of class feeling connected, clear, and calm.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Durham city mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
