Our Healthy Joint focuses on joint mobility and injury recovery. Using props for support, we will explore adaptations of classical postures that bring improved strength, mobility and repair to the major joints in your body. Modifications will be provided.
Hybrid: attendance can be in-studio or online.
In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select My Profile, and click the Notifications tab. Under notifications make sure you have schedule and reminders, account management and news and updates set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account. If you still do not recieve the class link or recording please email the studio, firstname.lastname@example.org
We currently do not require masks or proof of vaccination for those attending classes in studio. We do ask that if you are not feeling well please stay home and take an online class.
