<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This class is for managing injury and injury prevention in the major joints in the body. Through correct action, unique adaptations and the support of props, you will be taught how to manage your individual issues in the classical poses and in daily life. </span></p>
<p>Hybrid: attendance can be in-studio or online. </p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select <em>My Profile</em>, and click the<em> Notifications</em> tab. Under notifications make sure you have <em>schedule and reminders</em>, <em>account management</em> and <em>news and updates</em> set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account. If you still do not recieve the class link or recording please email the studio, bks-info@tx.rr.com</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">We currently do not require masks or proof of vaccination for those attending classes in studio. We do ask that if you are not feeling well please stay home and take an online class.</p>
