First half of the class will be a heated, dynamic power vinyasa flow warming the body and then preparing for deep release. During the yin yoga we cool the room down and hold postures for longer periods of time in a very passive and receptive way</span><span class="">. Most postures are done on the floor and practiced in a way in which to encourage internal awareness practices like meditation, contemplation, or pranayama or breath practices.
