Ahimsa Fit is a yoga-based movement practice that incorporates
extra strength and conditioning exercises into a yoga sequence.
Nothing too over-the-top, but be ready to give a little extra in
these classes! ;)
Having small hand weights and/or resistance bands is not
“necessary” but they will come in handy for some of the
exercises.
A little extra work, but still committed to the practice
non-harming!
(May not be suitable for participants with pre-existing wrist,
shoulder or lower back conditions.)
