Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and results in smoothly flowing movements that are almost dance-like. In this Vinyasa class, you will be led into a series of poses through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Although this is a flow class, there will be some holds in standing postures, with continued emphasis on alignment and breath. The room temperature is about 80 degrees. This practice is physically challenging; knowledge of basic asanas is recommended.
