Basic Vinyasa & Restore is an introductory class to the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. With intention, you will move slowly and learn to build foundational poses of Journey Into Power while connecting to your breath. Great class for beginners or practitioners interested in refining your practice. For the first 30 minutes of class you will move through various asana (yoga poses) the second half of class you will down-regulate through restorative yoga where you will hold supported poses to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
