<p>According to Ayurveda, yoga's sister science, tending to our digestive system is ESSENTIAL in maintaining great health. One of the most effective ways to do this, is to embarque on regular, seasonal cleanses that help rid the body of toxins and bring the whole self back into balance.</p>
<p>In this 3 week program, you will be guided by Gin Burchfield (who has led numerous seasonal detoxes within her 20 years of experience in Ayurveda and wellness) as well as supported by a group of like-minded detoxers on a path to vitality. This series includes 3 weekly meetings (either in-studio and/or online) with Gin and Kara, as well as a Vata Pacifying practice on the 4th week with Rayneen.
