Due to popular demand we are keeping guided meditation on the schedule!
This class is designed for those who need to deeply relax and restore both body and mind. Laying down in a comfortable position on the mat participants will be guided through a series of meditations and visualizations. You’ll leave powerfully restored and refreshed. All levels are welcome. The teacher will prepare students for meditation with some light stretching at the beginning of class.
