This is a series drop-in pass where you can join 1 or all of the sessions. Whether you want to simply get out the house or actually learn how to lyra in this fun packed series.
This series is all levels but mostly focused on beginner to possibly some intermediate tricks depending on your skill set. If you are still getting comfortable with this awesome apparatus; we got you!
You will learn grips, safety precautions, lyra conditioning, lyra moves, tricks and shapes of all sort; all while building that upper body strength and core!
Attire: leggings and socks, tank top or fitted tee ok
