Greet the weekend with a happy start! We warm our spines and
joints, then go into a playful flow to build some gentle heat and
strength. We will work together to build balance and coordination
as we listen to some funky music! We will finish class with seated
postures, some breath work followed by a long savasana for our
central nervous system. There will be modifications offered in each
posture so that all levels can feel comfortable and welcomed.
