Perfect for all levels, RESTORE brings YOU back. This restful practice, designed to restore the mind, body and spirit, includes postures fully supported by props. Students will be guided to relax into each pose to feel renewed and RESTORED.
Since this is a virtual class, please have the following props
or alternatives ready to use for class:

- strap or scarf
- bolster or firm pillow
