Align is a reset of the body and the mind as we come to our mats with fresh eyes to learn the intelligence of the body through alignment. This classical Hatha yoga approach isolates and explores anatomical positions and the proper way to ALIGN in each yoga pose. Modifications are presented for students to practice no matter what the level or the pose as we challenge ourselves in standing poses, seated poses, inversions, twists, and backbends. There is something for everyone to learn and to explore inside the intelligence of each individual body. Yoga Align is a great way to strengthen and lengthen both the body and the mind.
Studio Notes: This is a studio class with limited capacity to
accommodate for social distancing. You will need to wear your mask
at all times in the studio and cafe. Please bring your mat and
equipment (strap, block, bolster, and/or blanket) as we are not
offering any studio equipment at this time. Please be mindful and
cancel within 24 hours if you cannot attend so others can take your
spot.
