Our SOL Barre classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the burn every day! Unlike other Barre workouts, ours is performed in a warm room and focuses on burning fat, toning, and detoxing while building strength and flexibility. SOL Barre fuses elements of Yoga, Pilates, & Barre into a total body workout. This class may incorporate light hand weights, bands, balls, and gliders as well as the occasional blast of cardio! SOL Barre is a FUN time and will have your muscles burning and your seat lifted.
Please note: Each instructor brings their own unique version of barre to NoloSol! We welcome different styles of barre at the studio to keep things exciting and NEW!
