• Learn routine oriented headache risk reduction strategies
• Become familiar with self-help tools and other strategies for
head pain management
• Identify helpful ways to repurpose your yoga strap and mat to aid
in headache relief and prevention
• Become aware of yoga dos, don’ts, and postural modifications to
best serve your head and neck
• Learn basic breathwork/pranayama
• Participate in a 45-minute guided yoga practice focusing on the
management of headache
