Fierce Body Bootcamp is our most challenging class but was
still designed as a fun, challenging and safe workout for women of
all ages. This HIIT style class varies weekly incorporating cardio,
strength, resistence and endurance training. Join us as we gain
strength and confidence and leave feeling unstoppably
