In this 3 week series we will explore various ways to get a deeper stretch utilizing the hammock. This will be a relaxing yet unique introduction stretching using fabrics to engage your whole body in more ways than one. This will help engage those hard to reach ligaments and bring you closer to your flexibility goals. This series will include a mix of flexibility poses and moves while at the same time freeing your mind of the daily stressors that may occur. Become one with the fabric and one with yourself.
Attire: Leggings, socks or barefoot. Fitted tops that cover midsection.
