What are your intentions for the new year ahead?
In this class we will move the body first using Hatha yoga poses to prepare us to meditate. We will then spend time journaling on where we spend the majority of our Attention and set some clear Intentions for 2022 using mind mapping. Often, what we discover is that what we place our Attention on is not in alignment with our Intentions.
If you attended this class with me last year, bring the intention that you set for 2021 and we'll look at how your year turned out!
