In our Winter Wellness Workshop, you will restore your mind and body. With the darkest days of the year, it is important to take time for self-care and self-reflection. This workshop will bring you the benefit of gentle movement with rest.
This 90 minute workshop starts with intention setting: What would you like to bring into the New Year, and what would you like to accomplish? Following this will be a gentle flow yoga practice into restorative yoga poses. Christine will then guide you into a meditative savasana where you will rest. You are welcome to wear layers, including socks and sweaters. You will leave with a renewed mindset and an open perspective toward the new year.
