Our Intermediate/Advanced is perfect for the experienced
student looking to deepen their relationship with body literacy and
alignment, the various layers of the subtle body, and Yoga
Philosophy. This class builds intentionally to dynamic
postures and transitions and offers an advanced lens to the
foundation postures and salutations. Students will be
guided through a combination of curated vinyasa flow sequences and
traditional namaskars (salutations) based on the tenets of Hatha
Yoga, supported by breath, bandhas, mantra, and mudra.
