Our Kids Yoga classes will introduce the kids to many different ways of experiencing their energy through the practice of Yoga, QiGong, Stretch, Breath Work, Song and Meditation!
Our classes will consist of conversations that will offer up many different lessons in Awareness, Perceptions, Kindness, Compassion and Understanding of and for each other and our Planet Earth!
Classes are for ages 5 and up!
If your child isn't feeling well, has a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to class for their wellbeing and that of our teachers and fellow yogis. Teachers are not permitted to teach if they are not feeling well. Namaste.
