Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues — tendons, ligaments, and fascia — through a relaxed sequence of floor postures held for 3–5 minutes. With the support of blankets, bolsters, and blocks, this practice allows for lengthening, awareness, and breath-led release.
Though gentle, the long holds can be challenging in their depth. Yin cultivates stillness, breath awareness, and a calming nervous system. All levels are welcome.
