Find balance with a yoga class that offers a blend of two
distinctively different styles of yoga, a traditional Vinyasa
Flow—a gentle, slow flow from posture to posture focused on
movement with breath—and Yin Yoga—a gentle, meditative practice,
where postures, most on the floor, are held for several breaths.
All experience levels are welcome.
