<div><br />The timed interval workout is designed to boost cardio fitness, strength and flexibility while allowing you to meet the needs of your current fitness level.
<p>Using resistance bands, bender balls, foam rollers, body weight exercises, TRX straps, weights, and other equipment at specific times intervals allows you to fire-up the “afterburner” effect giving you a longer lasting elevated caloric burn post workout in less time!<br />The 45 minute class includes a WOD overview, warmup, interval training time and cool down stretch.</p>
