This Circuit Training class is designed for all fitness levels! You choose your intensity level with optional modifications in this full body work out!
The timed interval workout is designed to boost cardio fitness, strength and flexibility while allowing you to meet the needs of your current fitness level.
Using resistance bands, bender balls & body weight exercises at specific times intervals allows you to fire-up the “afterburner” effect giving you a longer lasting elevated caloric burn post workout in less time! The 45 minute class includes a WOD overview, warmup, interval training time and cool down stretch.
