This on-line class is for those that are not able to make it into the studio to be with their yoga community in person. Keeping up your yoga practice is a great way to keep your immune system functioning at at a high level. You will be less stressed, you will keep your aches and pains at bay and you will sleep better.
When you sign up for this class, you will be emailed a zoom ink to join the class 30 min before the start of the class.
