Each week is a different focus attentive to the season with meditation, mantra, mudras, pranayama (breathwork), and yogic philosophy is woven into this creative and thoughtfully sequenced class. We begin at the floor with basic movements and establish the pattern and groundwork for the class. Classes are inventive and thoughtful sequencing of sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending, and inversions as well as guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind.
Prior experience is necessary.
You'll Feel It - Medium Intensity- Now we're getting into classes that will work your muscles and make you work up a sweat!
Level 2 - Experienced Beginner
Level 2 classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.
