***Each week, we will set intentions relating to one chakra at the beginning of class.Practice will work on opening and balancing that chakra with key yoga poses and a meditation created specially for the chakra.
***The final week will focus on opening and balancing all of the charkas with a restorative yoga practice and chakra meditation.
