This split level class combines our Intermediate 201 and 202 level pole fitness classes. The instructor will tailor moves to your pole fitness level. Students should attend Beginner Pole classes receive an instructor recommendation to "level up" prior to attending Intermediate level classes.
Intermediate level classes features a more challenging warm up and tricks, and routine. Tricks include Caterpillar, Butterfly, Flatline, Starfish, Teddy, Martini, Handstands, Stargazer, Helicopter and more! This class is going to test your strength and your pain tolerance with tricks such as Superman,
