Please note only one adult per child allowed to enter the premises therefore our coaching staff will be in attendance with our fencers and therefore NO parents will be permitted to attend this event due to the Covid restriction
 
British Fencing Compete membership required - please note this will be charged to your account if your child does not hold the correct membership.  The additional charge is £30/40 (depending on age) This is a one off payment that will last for the remainder of the year and covers all competitions held in the UK
 
Kit & Equipment maybe hired at a cost of £15.00 per child, per event.  This is rgardless of how mant items are required.  I.E one foil or a complete set of kit and weapons.

FORMULA

The organisers reserve the right to change the formula to assist the smooth running of the competition and to improve the experience for the participants. If there are fencers who wish to enter more than one weapon we will make arrangements, if practicable, on the day.

 

Covid precautions will apply

The event will be subject to any formal Covid 19 restrictions in place at the time and Covid mitigation plans will be in place. Only competitors, London Region Fencing officials, and 1 responsible adult per competitor will be allowed into the venue.  No sibling [unless 19 years or older and acting as the responsible adult] and no other persons, will be permitted entry.  

Fencers should wear face covering within the venue at all times when not fencing (unless exempt)
