Start with sun salutations to warm up, going through various hip openers to release tension, we will continue with a series of basic positions that help us create strength in our arms and legs, ending with asanas that help us open our hips. The movement begins with the breath bringing awareness to our body’s vital energy, Prana. This a class designed for new and beginner yoga students.</p>
