We will start our class with short, guided meditation to center and bring our awareness inwards. We will activate the breath and synchronize it with movement. This sequence is mix of Vinyasa flow to strengthen the body and mind mixed with occasional Yin postures to take us deeper into our stretch and relaxation. It is open for all levels class. Mainly we will focus on hips and spinal movements to counter pose our habitual seating at the desk and forward rounding. We will move slowly to feel each pose its fullest.
