A great after school class that will build a strong boxing foundation, improve fitness, and self-confidence. Kids will learn boxing basics such as correct boxing stance, footwork, offense, and defense. This class will include some strength and conditioning that will improve their physical health. This class is also designed to teach the art of self-defense, and how to go about being bullied in school. We strongly believe in walking away from controversy when it’s possible but feel it’s very necessary to learn how to defend ourselves and others who can’t.
